That message is coming from Windows Defender SmartScreen which is built into the Edge browser. This warning message being displayed to help inform you about a potential security issues with the website you are about to visit. It appears that you are using Microsoft Edge. Did you trying using the chrome browser? I don't receive such message on chrome. Try using chrome and see if that message still persist.
