Discussion Is Abusing allowed on MD?

I was an active member and contributor on previous MD site with a different username. I've been following this forum from a few months and haven't started posting any videos yet to understand how the members are posting.

The reason to start this discussion was due to a private message I received with abusive language for giving negative comment given to member 'FathimaBabuAss'. As I was a member of previous MD, I like to discipline followed on that forum. I am glad that this forum has started after a long wait but things need to be straightened before it's too late. A few observations:

1) Some members are posting videos with only the actress name which can lead to duplicate videos in the future if the movie name/song name etc is not mentions

2) Some members like 'FathimaBabusAss' can spoil the reputation of the forum with their abusive language unless it is permitted on this forum.

3) Can the thumbnail be anything that is not taken from the video posted in the thread, as some users are posing some fake/random pics without proper title for the thread which I believe is misleading and we would have to open that thread to know what is actually posted.

Hope the moderators would have a look at this.

Abusing any member, community or any sort of group is not allowed, Neither by community guidelines nor by general ethics. Also posting thumbnails other than of the video is against the rule.

I have temporarily suspended that account for 3 days. Our mods, super mod can have say on this. And according to the conclusions they will be in after evaluating the situation, they can either unsuspend account with warning or extend the suspension. It's upto the moderator's capability of decision making to keep the forum free of hatred and abuses.
