no its not about users. It is because of the ott rules. they had to do this in secrecy so they don't end up like raj kundra. so they made an app besides the one in play store, and you should download it from their website. The government cant spy on private apps now can they.
They posted a "16+" version on their website and the playstore app, but when I downloaded their website version of app I could clearly see that it was rated 18+.

no idea....maybe kooku....but i dont have their subscription....they work with the same/similar model tho...download from playstore, download from website for "uncensored" supposedly....I'll check it out this weekend and see if they are any different from what we have in telegram and stuff.

This comment is super outdated. There is no longer a pro version of ULLU. They did this pro thing for a while when censors were getting strict and were cutting off content directly. Now they no longer do that.
