I had actually lost interest these days.....because unlike old MD, this one (the new MD) was not generating much downloads and was not benefiting my uploads at an adequately motivating level for the efforts needed to post
Therefore , this current initiative is a welcome effort.
But may i add that , i have a feeling that the quality of uploads here in general is much low compared to old MD (i don't know why-maybe forums are bit outdated these days)....and even within this new MD, quality of uploads have fallen since the last month or so (i think its the corona effect).....Quality uploads need to come and the site as such will improve!!
This forum has just started. It's been few months only. You can't compare it to the one that was couple of years old with millions of users.
If continued this will be in the place of same old MD in a year or two.

I agree with crazysam, u need to give it time. Look at the no. of regular uploaders here- less than 15 or so, old MD had 50-60+ at any point of time , increasing no. of quality uploads. Btw, while old MD had mostly BRrips, there is significantly good no of BD50 stuff here and that is a rise in quality as well.
Hmm...i agree that it will take time. But to clarify-when i said "quality uploads", i meant stuff that makes you want to download. I was not referring to the resolution aspect of videos.

Well, I would say it's up to us Uploader about the content's exclusivity we make. We have to pick one and upload there, it could be any, doesn't have to be this. Though i find this closest to the old MD so i choosed this.
Also if you let a year pass, most of the videos uploaded on other site will generally be deleted bcoz most file hosts deletes files if it is not being downloaded for some time. So let a year pass and files on most of sites will be unavailable, leaving this the only place with file availability.
I do see this when i try finding some old content, i do find link to download but when i go to download site, i see this message all the time, "File Has Been Removed." and it feels aweful..i have no other way to get that file so to avoid these I got attach here.
When i started here the upload was bit complicated needing to write everything. Now things has changed the posting video is a lot easy. Also i got tons of bandwidth ? now to download files if i find interesting from other uploaders. Also if my hard disk crash, i feel like i have backup here. This thing makes me want to upload here rather than roaming around internet trying to find many.

Especially...regarding, old classic videos being deleted. I have felt exactly the same
I have been trying to upload this video for quite sometime. I uploaded it three separate times in fact of flashfiles.
NB: The above three are all links to the same one video that i uploaded.....none works!!!
Problem is download link s not getting generated. Everything is OK with my previous files. I tried uploading a random video onto flashfiles AFTER the "failed attempts"-and that video too is downloadable.
I noticed the problem only with this one video. The video is in avi format and is playing well on my computer
Someone please sort this problem......i am wasting valuable time here

Try changing filename, atleast extension. from .avi to .mp4 or .mkv and see if problem solves
