Actually paypal withdrawals are made by Tomksoft S.A,

Its a company which owns popads. Our masaladesi site is monetised with popads. And paypal payments are directly paid by tomksoft. I think wen minimum payout in popads reached by masaladesi, its processing paypal withdrawals.

"Some Error Occured. Please Use Old Server to Download this file or contact the support."

Update:

If I retry multiple times, I get success in one of the retries

@GhostRider why there is always issue with flashfiles ?
Many times it's not generating link after 100% uploads also.
It's time wasting uploading large files.
Please solve this permanently..
