Some file(s) might show that if our server has failed to record it's details due to some factors. But most of the files should work now.

We do not support multiple files upload at the moment as flash-files.com is purely dedicated to this forum's functionality. Even if we do in future, it will only be available for premium users.

And talking about the upload spped, I'll definitely have a look at it, didn't seem that slow, when i tried with a stopwatch in my hand.

I have Payment Request 7.5$, but I received 6.76$ from FLAS-files.Com.
But Flash-files.com says Transfer Fees : None.

Please Look in tom the matter.....

We sent you exactly the same amout you requested, as you can see from your screenshot too. Transfer Fees none refer to, no transfer fees at our end. We'll send exactly the amount uploaders request us without deducting anything. We can not send more amount than your actual earning. If any Payment processor deducts money from your account, it's not coming back to us or we benifit from it nor we can interfere in their matter and ask them why you have deducted as you must have agreed their tos while signing up there.

Though i have looked at it and foreign taxes is the reason, why it was deducted at the PayPal end. Please do remember we send all the amount you requested and we have charged all of that. We did not deduct or recieve the amount that was deducted from you. It's the Payment Processor that took from you.




Same thing happens to us, while we recieve for Premium membership payment as we do not include any fees on them and make members pay more than written on our page.

That is why amazon gift card is better option. Please add it soon..
Also start point system ASAP...

sites just going up we may see downloads rise in may be another 3 to 6 months perd and may be 1 year to go in full swing

I don't think Tier system is better option considering we have 80-85% of indian downloaders.
Also paypal withdrawal is not worth as they charge fees ..
So better introduce amazon gift card and point system ASAP..

As great as it sounds to have points system, it is practically not a good idea to implement at for the moment.
I'll tell you why.
Points system which in a simple word means every download will reward you with some points. But the problem is Points Conversion Ratio, which will have direct connection with your Pay Per Sale & Premium Downloads.

Which is I'm guessing almost NULL for most uploaders, that means you will earn less than what you are earning with Tier system.
For the points system to function well and reward you great, we need a hell lot of premium users so that your file's premium downloads will go high and your coversion rate also. Bcoz remember free downloads gives you points while premium downloads and sales determines the points conversion ratio for every download.

But we have just started, your files are getting not much of premium downloads, No PPS, so how am i suppose to justify your work with point's system's low conversion rate?

Why it worked on previously banned site?
1. Those sites were some years old with lakhs no of users.
2. The file host site has restriction on download speed giving around 20-50 kbps.
3. The file host site has wait time for every another download. I.e if a user download a file then to download another file he must wait another 20-30 mins.

Which clearly meant freeloaders who wanted to download tons of content needed to upgrade to premium, which benefited all.

We do not have such case. I have capped speed to 200 kbps for free downloads and no escalating wait time, even then i have recieved complaints from downloaders about download speed.

So as much as you and i want to implement points system, it is not practical at all. I could only improve the earning rates for now, which I'm doing and have done.

I'm trying to do best for all. All i need is all of your cooperation, support and suggestions from here on.

Right now pretty soon what i can do is introduce Amazon.in GC. Though I'm still looking for supplier who could provide us those card in exchange for PayPal Dollars with some margin to them.

At the moment watermark with website is allowed but watermark with other forum not. I'll soon ban all watermarks with announcement until then its kind of okay to post.
