Changed to SD.

A video from the mainstream movie (song/scenes from Bollywood and all other regional languages too) is considered as HD only if all of the following criteria are met:

1. Original source is true HD (Blue-ray, HDTV rip, etc.)
2. Resolution is met (1080p+ is preferred)
3. Video has the true HD look and feel (Crisp, bright enough, Crystal clear quality with no blur/grains).

Some posters manually crop the watermarks out, increase the saturation, zoom it, increase the resolution, contrast and call it remastered, untouched, true hd, etc. Such videos will not be considered true HD. So only original HD content with no quality loss in the ripping process would qualify. Caps should reflect the actual quality of the video. Posting a video on the HD section that does not meet the above criteria could lead to thread deletion/warnings/ban as appropriate.

We've been educating people for the last few months about HD. Quite soon we'll have to get much stricter or otherwise HD section will continue to get filled with non-HD videos. Please co-operate in keep our HD sections clean. Quote the above post and help educate other HD posters too.

If things still do not improve we'll be forced to consider taking actions such as banning violators, deleting their threads, resetting their bandwidth to 0, etc. This is a general note to violators. Not specifically for sunil_thilak alone.
