Yes. you needed to send gift card as described in their site and mail them, then they will upgrade your account. Though now no need. i've forwarded your request and your account should be upgraded soon.
@zeemad77 one of the storage server was having issue. now the restore process has started in a week time most of the old download links as well will start working.

Some of the videos that were not downloading till a few days back are downloading now. Probably it is fixed now. Thanks @GhostRider .
