Amazon Gift Card is manual upgrade. It is hard to find, who referred who but i'll see what can be done for that.

Yes you are right but we are not getting any benefit.
In fact for pay per sale also 70-80% people are buying premium using amazon gift card that benefit also not given to referred person.
I asked admin to pass that benefit to us , he told me he will look into this and change the rule.

Hope he will look into this on priority basis..

I had discussed. that part is mistakenly there in PPD, it was earlier part of PPS. It will be removed from there.
